In the case of pleasure boat trips, the online ticket purchased is valid for the cruise and service named on the ticket, at the time of departure indicated on the ticket.
Eligibility for discounted tickets must be verified on the spot at the time of boarding the boat. In the event of unauthorised use of the discount, a surcharge will be charged at the port ticket office.
By purchasing a ticket, the passenger accepts the detailed conditions of travel set out in the Passenger Shipping Terms and Conditions, which can be downloaded in the attachments section, and in the case of online ticket purchase, the related General Terms and Conditions.
Tickets purchased on jegy.bahart.hu can be redeemed within the time limit set in the General Terms and Conditions for online ticket purchase, after deducting a 15% handling fee.
