You can refund a ticket purchased for a specific flight from a ticket machine if you fill out and submit the refund form below after purchasing it, but no later than 30 minutes before the flight departs. Your ticket will be refunded minus a handling fee.

If your ticket refund request arises in connection with a flight canceled by BAHART, you can submit your request by the 15th of the month following the ticket purchase - also by filling out this form. In this case, we will refund the full purchase price based on the data provided during the successful request.
